Certified Home Inventory Solutions, LLC is the brainchild of longtime friends and former co-workers Reginald Kimble and Thomas Andre. Kimble brings background in 15 years in cash management, operations and customer service. He has also held senior level positions in computer software consulting where he led a taskforce on reducing employee pilferage, fraud and abuse. Andre brings a similar background with 9 years in the computer software industry where he held positions in technical consulting, helpdesk management and client management. For the last three years, he has been in asset management for a real estate firm that develops and manages commercial real estate. Both careers path have taught Kimble and Andre to managed and mitigated risk with both projects and assets.

Kimble explains their vision this way, “We want to be transparent to the client. We have homes and families, so we would also want the same level comfort with such a service, especially with this relatively new type of service.” Andre also adds, “Most people don’t know or check out many of the trades people they use such as the plumbers for instance, or even contractors they use such as the landscapers they either invite into the home or onto their property.
