Services

Home Inventory Package:

	Portfolio containing the following: Creation of a detailed inventory of your property (manufacturer, model, serial number) Digital photographic record of the inventoried property. Digital video of the interior of the premises: Video includes a 360 degree pan of each room.  Video is designed to support the digital pictures and detailed inventory.  Digital video of the exterior of the premises: Video includes each side of the premises including all improvements, landscaping, outbuildings, fencing, etc… Two DVDs containing the report, pictures and video.  We recommend storing the additional CDs in different secure locations.  Upon request, “Printed and Bound” inventory available for an additional service fee of $35.
	As part of the service, we'll review your Homeowner's Insurance policy, including sub-category caps and make recommendations of additional coverage (if necessary).

Archive Important Documents:  $50 with Home Inventory Purchase

It is recommended that you either copy or scan (or both) important records.

We suggest you consider the following documents:

	Appraisal records or other documents proving ownership

 Annual Updates Starting at $50

To keep your information current, we provide an annual update service. This enables you to add or delete changes in your possessions.  The $50 fee is for service that can be completed without a site visit. If you have substantial changes, a site visit may be required.  This will be billed at $75 per hour.
