Reginald Kimble is the CEO and founding Partner of Certified Home Inventory Solutions, LLC (CHIS). With more than 15 years of leadership experience building strong management teams, operating top-tier business units within national companies, he is responsible for co-coordinating CHIS’s board of advisors and managing CHIIS’ network of Home Inventory Professionals.

Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Reginald has achieved exciting company and service improvements and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profits in a variety of business sectors. His strategic approach to building a business is reflected in his work as the executive team member responsible for IT Infrastructure for the North American operations of the VOA Corporation (www.voacorp.com) where his focus on scalability has helped deliver impressive bottom-line results for VOA Sales Associates and distribution partners. His leadership capability is highlighted by accomplishments as the Managing Director of several large entertainment complexes’ providing an enjoyable customer experience for over 20 million guests annually. As a Senior Level Account Executive with a Global IT firm, Reginald was able to manage the recovery of a highly profitable national account that required the coordination of several independent business units that resulted in exceptional profitability and long-term recommitment to the partnership.

Reginald is a member of Cobb County’s Community Emergency Response Team (http://ema.cobbcountyga.gov/about.htm). The program, referred to as “CERT” educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their areas and trains them in basic disaster response skills such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.

Thomas E. Andre

Thomas Andre is the President, Chief Financial Officer, and founding Partner of Certified Home Inventory Solutions, LLC (CHIS), co-coordinating CHIS’s board of advisors as well as building relationships with industry and business partners.  Andre believes in having “assurance for insurance”.  Experienced at reading the fine print, Andre realizes that most people don’t take the time and put themselves at risk with something (insurance) that they purchase in effort to reduce it.  “I believe that most are focused on either building or growing the portfolio they have, the problem is; that they are sitting on a potential loss, a huge one”. 

A former I.T. consultant and account executive 9+ years experience, Andre moved in to Asset Management in commercial real estate.  He quickly realized how important the insurance policy was.  It protects the property owners as well as tenants and visitors.  “It was there, I learned to read all the language… including all of the fine print”.  The proper insurance, as well as adequate coverage is an essential to part of my professional integrity.  “Profitability is important”, Andre says, but at the end of the day, so is the integrity of protection of both the property and the people who are visiting it.
