Your Inventory Package will contain the following:
Two DVDs containing the report, pictures and video.
Creation of a detailed inventory of your property. (mfg., model,
serial #)
Digital photographic record of the
inventoried property.
Digital video of the interior and
exterior of the premises.
A notarized letter referencing both the DVD serial number and
the date the premises was inventoried.
As part of the service, we'll review your Home owner's
Insurance policy, including sub-category caps and make
recommendations of additional coverage (if necessary)
Help clarify what your insurance
does – and doesn’t – cover. You
could have the best inventory in the
world, but it won’t do you much good
if you don’t have the right kind of
insurance.

Updates
First, Schedule updates
between the end of the holiday
season and tax time, for the
following reasons. Generally
during the holidays many
families exchange gifts which
bring new items into the
residence.
Second, seasonal items such
as decorations are generally on
display which makes
documenting them easier if this
is done while packing up for the
next season.
Third, as families are looking
for tax deductions, items are
frequently donated, thus these
items need to be removed from
the home inventory list.
